Architecture

Glyde St is Mosman Park’s first multi-unit development for decades. Yet somehow, it feels as if it’s always been there.

It is made up of 29 generously-sized apartments with your choice of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, as well as a co-working hub on the fifth floor. Additionally, Glyde St features a rooftop terrace enclosed by vines and cascading plants. The building is also home to a number of boutique businesses, located on street level alongside a green community parklet.

Settle for life with a view.

Glyde St’s carved-out form maximises the north light, creating airy apartments and communal spaces. All areas, including the large residential foyer, have been designed with lush greenery, natural textures and bronze finishes. As a former nursery, the building’s landscape design reflects its past with an eclectic mix of plants and materials.
